I’m going to try and book my ticket to Eugene today. I’ll be leaving Friday morning and returning Sunday morning. Apparently there is a party Saturday night at U of O which I’ll be attending. I just wish that Austin could have come. I’m currently on the outs with my parents so technically speaking, I won’t be able to go but I’m hoping we can smooth things over before that time.

So, Austin and I have been discussing the new Hulk movie that is due this June and I decided to do a little research to see if our suspicions were right.

Austin originally thought that Tim Roth’s character was Capitan America (this was before either of us had read up on the plot and after watching a sneak preview where Roth uses a bazooka and some tumbling techniques on Edward Norton, who plays the Hulk).
Then, he thought that Roth could be a super-soldier, but after viewing the full trailer we assumed that Roth’s character is The Abomination.

I found this article with some spoilers on Hulk’s plot line, which confirms the identity of Roth. I also found a list of upcoming Marvel films (& their release dates):

The Dark Knight (the new Batman film), is to be released on July 18th of this year, and Marvel’s Iron Man was released eariler this month. Austin and I actually went to see Iron Man but I think I was too high to compute it. I’ll have to watch it again sometime.

So, on the topic of Hulk- I came across the poster for the new film, which looks suspiciously, but not actually, like the cover for this addition of the Incredible Hulk. I thought that was pretty cool.

It has been an extremely stressful week! I’m in the process of making Thadd a care package for his return to Portland. It will have his presents that I haven’t sent since his return to Kansas along with some other things.
In the meantime, I attended the Cower/Ceremony show the other day. It wasn’t something I was really interested in attending but I did get to see Andre and Aidan (briefly). Those short visits are so nice.
I’m asking Lizzie to send the pictures from that night and the Sauvies trip my way- I really need to get new batteries for my camera!

Well, CWTV has aired the last Gossip Girl of the season, and it- obviously- was able to please the palettes of every GG fan. Are they together? Are they broken up? Does he have an STD? What pair of scandalous hand-me-downs is she wearing… so much can happen on the streets of New York

The show opened with Rufus and Lilly… the last episode ended with them kissing outside a Lincoln Hawk concert (with opening acts by Lisa Loeb). Well, it would appear that Lilly went home with Rufus and did a little medicating. It must be all that pre-wedding stress.
Not very far off, Blair and Chuck wake up together. Apparently they were in the mists of plotting G’s downfall before they had drifted off to sleep. And, of course, Serena travels to Brooklyn to find Dan with Georgina exiting his room- all of this before the first commercial break!
During act two, Dan and Serena discuss what Georgina has been doing. Behind Serena’s back, D takes aid of Blair Waldorf and they finalize the downfall of “Sarah (or should we say Georgina?).” Meeting in a park, Dan and Blair compose some sort of plan to hand G over to her parents. Blair had kindly located Georgina’s parents, and set them up with boot camp reform pamphlets. Goodbye, G- for now. Its been rumored that Georgina will be featured in the next season of Gossip Girl.

At the wedding Dan breaks up with Serena, Vanessa breaks up with Nate, Nate’s dad, the Captain, plans to run away to some Mesopotamian land, and Chuck recites love poems to Blair which ultimately seals their relationship. But it isn’t over yet! Chair (Chuck & Blair) plan on traveling to Tahiti (I think) over the summer. Getting cold feet, Chuck bails on Blair by having sex with his families home designer while she flies via helicopter to their summer destination. What will happen when these New Yorkers get back from their summer vacas?

Aye carumba! I’ve completely renovated my social life from head to toe AND have been keeping up with my school work. Finals are coming up so I’ll be attempting my big “disappearing act” in order to get in some extra study hours.

In the meantime, Tess’ visit has been nice. We were discussing her tattoo the other day. When she was a freshman, Maria and her did some stick and poke on their stomachs. Unfortunately, the design came out terribly misshapen and it echoes ink. So now that she is nineteen she is looking for a design to cover it up and she has graciously asked me to create it! I’m so excited! She also wants to do matching tattoos on a separate area which I will, of course, do.

Well, my grades are still in tip top shape- I’ve got an excellent track record, I’m so pleased. And I absolutely adore my boyfriend, Austin. Things have been going so well. I didn’t want to write about it yet- but, well we’ve been dating officially for a week or two, and I like him so much. No one has ever been so nice to me, and I feel like I’m always put first. Of course, I don’t require that, and we have all of the same friends, but I obviously don’t disapprove. It is so good that we both have the same friends. Lizzie is dating Young, and Abigale is dating Miller, and I’M dating Austin, and I really can’t wait until Thadd comes because they are all going to love him and find him a girl.
Anyway, I haven’t been posting much because I’ve been so busy with my friends and school work, but I do plan on posting more- hopefully nothing as wet, and sweet as this post, but I’ll try and squeeze in some drawings or tattoo designs in the near future.

Also, Tess is taking me to a rasta camp out sometime in June, I couldn’t remember the date, and I have not added Lizzy or Young’s birthdays to the calender. And I can’t recall when summer term starts. I’ve signed up for a heath/pe course on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
